Job Description

The Future Talent Program features internships that last up to 12 weeks and will include one or more projects. These opportunities in our Information Technology division can provide you with great personal and professional development.

This role is a hybrid position.

Potential internship locations: Rahway, NJ. West Point, PA. Austin, TX.

Required Experience and Skills:
  • Candidates must be currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program, with a graduation date after August 2026. Preferred majors include Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Engineering, Math, Science, Business, and other related fields.
  • Candidates must be a US citizen, lawful permanent resident of the US or otherwise authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future

Preferred Experience and Skills:
  • Strong interpersonal & communication skills
  • Ability to learn a complex business environment and new concepts quickly
  • Comfortability with applying for an ambiguous role & being placed in an area that may or may not be within a candidate's comfort zone
  • Self-starter and will work with limited supervision
  • Entrepreneurial and innovative mindset, helping the organization think differently for the changing IT landscape.

Under New York City, Colorado State, Washington State, and California State law, the Company is required to provide a reasonable estimate of the salary range for this job. Final determinations with respect to salary will take into account a number of factors, which may include, but not be limited to the primary work location and the chosen candidate's relevant skills, experience, and education.

Expected salary range:

$39,600.00-$105,500.00

U.S. Hybrid Work Model
