About the Opportunity

We are a leader in the aviation industry seeking a skilled Lead A&P Technician to join our team. In this role, you’ll work on a diverse fleet of light, super mid-size, long-range, and ultra-long-range aircraft across our maintenance hubs in the U.S. and Europe. You’ll be part of a world-class base maintenance operation committed to safety, quality, and excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Perform inspections, maintenance, and troubleshooting in accordance with AMM and customer GMMs.
• Execute assigned tasks under the direction of the Aircraft Maintenance Supervisor.
• Communicate aircraft status with customers and internal teams.
• Coordinate with parts to ensure material availability.
• Open work orders and complete required maintenance documentation.
• Support inspections as authorized by the Chief Inspector.
• Maintain shop facilities, tools, and equipment.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid A&P certification.
• Own required tools.
• Strong English communication skills.
• 5+ years of Part 145 experience (Part 135 preferred).
