Job Description

David Bradley Associates is seeking an experienced Air Export Coordinator on behalf of a well-established international freight forwarder based at JFK Airport .

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic logistics team responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of international air export shipments, ensuring smooth, timely, and compliant operations.

• Manage the full air export process from booking through to delivery.
  
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, airlines, and customs brokers.
  
• Prepare and process export documentation accurately and in compliance with international shipping regulations.
  
• Coordinate air shipments to ensure timely movement and adherence to U.S. and foreign customs requirements.
  
• Monitor shipment progress and provide proactive communication to customers.
  
• Obtain and manage rate quotations, liaising with carriers to ensure optimal routing and cost efficiency.
  
• Maintain organized records, documentation, and correspondence related to export activities.
  
• Collaborate with internal departments to support seamless operational flow.
  

Requirements

• Proficiency in CargoWise is essential – candidates must have hands-on experience with the system.
  
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in air export operations, ideally within freight forwarding or logistics.
  
• Strong knowledge of international air freight procedures and export compliance regulations.
