About the Role

We’re seeking a Family Law & General Practice Attorney to join our team. This is a great opportunity for a motivated attorney with experience—or a strong interest—in family law and general litigation. Whether you’re looking for full-time work or a flexible, part-time schedule, we can accommodate the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent clients in family law matters, including divorce, custody, support, and domestic violence cases
• Draft motions, pleadings, settlement agreements, and legal correspondence
• Appear in court hearings, mediations, and negotiations
• Maintain strong communication and personalized support for clients
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on strategy and case management
• Stay current on New Jersey family law statutes and procedures

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• J.D. and active New Jersey Bar license
• Experience or strong interest in family law or general litigation
• Excellent litigation, negotiation, and client communication skills
• Comfortable with frequent courtroom appearances and direct client interaction
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and case management systems
