Job Description Insight Global is looking for a Audio Visual Specialist for a healthcare client in the Orange, CA area. Their responsibilities are to be providing AV support for meetings, conferences, and special events across the organization. This will consist of supporting future events/meeting request for conference rooms, helping with incident tickets for room systems, coordinating with vendors to make sure net new installs are scheduled, and helping refresh older meeting rooms. They will be supporting the AV technologies within the rooms such as: web cams, monitors, microphones, TVs, gaming systems. The shift time will be Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm. The client is looking for someone who can work well with the AV team, but also able to independently fill request, support incident tickets and coordinate with vendors on their own.
