Insurance company is seeking an Insurance Adjuster. No license necessary upon hire. On the job training.
Description:
Investigate/determine coverage and liability, assess damages and settle claims
Evaluate, negotiate claims within authority level from beginning to end
Must answer all incoming calls to achieve customer satisfaction/metrics
Ability to determine comparative negligence and make necessary arguments
Support Underwriting Manager with any necessary tasks
Required Qualifications:
Detail oriented in a high-paced multi tasking environment
Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
Strong reasoning, analytical, organization and computer skills
Disciplined self motivated, team player
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Organization skills
Must be able to obtain an Adjuster License after training.
SPECIAL JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bilingual (Spanish) is preferred but not required
