What You'll Do
- Independently examine vehicles and create detailed repair plans
- Perform complex bodywork including welding, frame pulls and panel replacement
- File, grind and sand surfaces using both hand and power tools
- Collaborate with painters, estimators and other techs to meet deadlines
- Make safety-first decisions on repair vs. replace
- Maintain production timelines and repair quality
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
What You’ll Bring
- 3–5+ years of hands-on experience in collision repair
- Full toolset and ability to operate frame machines
- I-CAR Welding Certification (preferred) or willingness to obtain
- Body repair certification or equivalent technical training preferred
- Thorough knowledge of OEM repair procedures
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong physical ability for tasks requiring lifting, bending and squatting
- Must pass a background check
