About the Position
We're on the lookout for a Barista-Bartender hybrid who brings both espresso artistry and bar-side hospitality to our night crew. If you love working with people, slinging drinks (coffee or otherwise), and creating a memorable guest experience, this gig's for you.
You'll be the go-to for guests looking for a late-night latte, espresso martini, or signature mocktail. Behind the bar, you'll craft a range of beverages—hot, cold, classic, and creative—while keeping the space clean, stocked, and full of energy. From pulling perfect shots to chatting with regulars, your shift will blend fast-paced service with warm hospitality.
What You'll Be Doing:
Shake, stir, steam, and serve both coffee and cocktail beverages with precision and flair
Welcome guests with genuine energy and provide top-tier service throughout their experience
Keep the bar and café area spotless, organized, and Instagram-ready
Monitor stock levels, prep ingredients, and help with nightly restocking
Follow all health, safety, and alcohol service guidelines
Create a chill yet professional vibe that reflects the quality and class of the Coeur d'Alene Resort
What We're Looking For:
Experience behind an espresso machine, bar, or both (we'll train the right person!)
Comfortable working solo or as part of a small night team
Quick on your feet, cool under pressure, and able to multitask like a pro
Friendly, outgoing, and tuned into guest needs
Availability for evening shifts , including weekends and holidays
Bonus Points For:
Bartending or barista experience in a high-volume or hospitality setting
Familiarity with POS systems
