Job Description A leading company in the Pharmacy Benefit Management industry is seeking a technically strong and business-savvy BI Developer with expertise in Tableau to join their Business Intelligence team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on environment, working directly with business stakeholders to understand complex data problems and deliver actionable insights. Youll be responsible for querying data, building robust Tableau dashboards, understanding the business context, and writing efficient SQL to support reporting needs. This person will work closely with a team of BI developers and data engineers to identify solution paths, manage incoming requests through a ticketing system, and ensure data accuracy and clarity in reporting. Skills and Requirements - 3+ years of experience as a BI Developer - Strong SQL skills, with the ability to write complex queries and troubleshoot data issues - Proven experience building and maintaining Tableau dashboards in a production environment - Ability to work directly with business users to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to investigate and resolve data discrepancies - Experience working in a ticketing system to manage and prioritize requests - Experience with SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services) - Background in Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) or healthcare analytics null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
