American Workforce Group has partnered with a local shop in Auburn, WA looking to fill an important billing specialist role.

Description for Billing Specialist:
· Compile necessary paperwork and sort for pricing
· Review BOL emails, enter and post BOL's, perform BOL import and any necessary BOL revisions, updates, and corrections
· Research issues with BOL's and provide timely resolutions
· Process billing, pricing, or invoices from other DSO locations
· Perform calculations or math as needed for customers and/or vendors
· Assist in any billing related issues that may arise
· Perform counter sales write ups and post batches
· All other tasks assigned by supervisor
Details for Billing Specialist:
· Pay: $21-$23/hour DOE
· Schedule: Monday-Friday
· Shift Hours: 8am-5pm
Requirements for Billing Specialist:
· Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and 10-key preferred
· Experience with Sage 100 preferred
· Billing experience in manufacturing preferred
· Excellent written, verbal communication skills preferred
· Customer Service skills preferred
