Lawn Doctor is looking for a dependable and reliable individual to provide exceptional customer service to our lawn care customers. Responsibilities include: Posting deposits, Accounts Receiving (billing and collections,) along with speaking with customers and potential customers, addressing customer issues, maintaining customer data, providing price quotes and selling Lawn Doctor services over the phone, processing paperwork and any other administrative tasks needed. We are looking for a motivated, self-starter who is goal-oriented and hard-working.
The ideal candidate for this position has a strong work ethic, is friendly, and has excellent communication and organizational skills and strong computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and Quickbooks. Training will be provided on our software. Actual work experience in a professional office is required.
