Salary: $130,000 base

Overview:

An international skincare brand is seeking a Brand Manager to lead and scale their presence in the U.S. market. Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, this role offers the opportunity to drive end-to-end brand strategy, product innovation, and marketing execution in a high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the full lifecycle of brand management, from consumer research to product launch
• Drive innovation by leading pipeline strategy, testing, and cross-functional execution
• Collaborate with digital and creative teams to develop direct-to-consumer marketing content
• Analyze market trends and competitive activity to inform brand growth strategy
• Partner with R&D, regulatory, and legal teams to ensure successful product development

Ideal Candidate Background:

• 2+ years of brand management, marketing or product innovation in skincare
• 1+ years collaborating with or working in R&D
• Hands-on experience in a fast-paced or startup environment
• Strong grasp of innovation, product development, and digital marketing
• Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and cross-functional leadership skills
