Job Description

We are seeking a fast-learning and detail-oriented Business Analyst Intern to join our team full-time over the summer, working on-site in a hands-on manufacturing environment. This role provides valuable experience working with large datasets, supporting strategic initiatives, and collaborating across departments. There is potential for the internship to extend into the fall and spring semesters.

Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm

Must be located in the Clemson/Seneca area to be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and interpret large datasets to identify trends and support business decisions.
• Organize, clean, and present data in a clear, actionable format.
• Create and maintain reports and dashboards to track key metrics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in operations, supply chain, and leadership.
• Support continuous improvement efforts within a manufacturing setting.

Ideal Candidate:

• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, charts, etc.) are required.
• Quick learner with a data-driven mindset and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable handling large volumes of data and communicating insights clearly.
• Interested in business operations, analytics, and manufacturing processes.
• Able to work full-time on-site during the summer, with potential for part-time continuation during the academic year.
