JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record .
Active Bar Admission in Florida .
3–6 years of substantive business litigation experience.
Exceptional legal writing and analytical skills.
Demonstrated courtroom experience , including handling hearings and depositions independently.
Clerkship experience or Law Review participation is a plus .
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also managing individual client matters.
Handle complex business litigation matters in both state and federal courts.
Draft and argue motions, including dispositive motions, discovery motions, and appellate briefs.
Take and defend depositions, preparing clients and witnesses effectively.
Represent clients in hearings, mediations, and settlement negotiations.
Manage discovery processes, including document review and production.
Work closely with partners and senior attorneys on case strategy and trial preparation.
