Job Description

The Manager of Wyld Gear is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company's operations, including sales, customer service, inventory and logistics management, supply chain management, Laser and customizations, product development, and staff supervision. This role ensures smooth daily operations, drives revenue, and manages the company's assets and personnel effectively.

Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Service:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies, handle customer inquiries and complaints, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Inventory and Logistics Management:

  • Oversee inventory levels, order supplies, manage stock rotation, and minimize waste. Be able to effectively manage shipping logistics and supply chains from international markets.

Staff Supervision:

  • Hire, train, and evaluate staff, manage schedules, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Financial Management:

  • Track expenses, monitor budgets, and work to improve profit margins.

Laser and Customization:

  • Oversee and optimize the laser and customization group. Including graphical support, laser etching, color printing across the product line.

Product Development:

  • Oversee and support the conception and development of new products. Provide support and accountability of the products under development. 

Operations:

  • Ensure smooth daily operations, maintain cleanliness and safety standards, and coordinate with vendors and suppliers.

Marketing & Promotion:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and promote products. 

Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Experience in retail, logistics, international shipping, or related industries.
  • Ability to manage budgets and track financial performance.
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems and sales software.
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations and industry best practices
