MEANINGFUL WORK AND PERSONAL IMPACT
As a Business Process Analyst , the work you'll do at GDIT will be impactful to the mission of the program. You will play a crucial role in providing quality reporting and meeting deliverable deadlines.
  • Analyze existing business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and document business process models using appropriate tools and methodologies.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure solutions meet business needs.
  • Design and implement process improvements that contribute to operational efficiency.
  • Monitor and measure the effectiveness of processes and make adjustments as necessary.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations for management, outlining findings and recommendations.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in business process management.
  • Support project management activities as required
  • Provide training and support to staff on new processes and tools.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED

  • Education: Technical Training, Certification(s) or Degree
  • Experience: 1+ years of related experience
  • Technical skills: Proficient in excel - VBA, XLOOKUP;
  • Able to manage data in SharePoint and/or ePMO
  • PowerApps and Power BI experience is highly preferred
  • High attention to detail, especially in data entry and quality checks.
  • Effective communication skills to drive deliverables to completion with approved timeline.
  • Security clearance level: Suitability

The likely salary range for this position is $54,083 - $73,171. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
