Location: Jersey City, NJ (Hybrid Onsite 3 days/week , 2 days remote)

5 8 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, preferably in the financial services or capital markets industry.
Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
Experience with data analysis, SQL queries, and system integration projects.
Required Skills : * Bachelor s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field * 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst (financial sector preferred) * Strong knowledge of blockchain and its financial applications * Agile/Scrum experience * Excellent communication and collaboration skills * Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance * Experience with blockchain financial systems or smart contracts * Background in digital assets or tokenized instruments * Proficient with Jira, Confluence, and process modeling tools
