Job Title: Entry-Level Cabling Technician Location: Charlotte, NC Job Type: Full-Time Reports To: Lead Technician / Project Manager

Are you hands-on, detail-oriented, and ready to break into a high-demand field? We're looking for a driven Entry-Level Cabling Technician to join our fast-paced team. This is your opportunity to learn critical skills, work on real job sites, and build a career in structured cabling and network infrastructure—no prior experience necessary.

What You'll Do:

  • Work side-by-side with experienced technicians to install voice, data, video, and security cabling

  • Pull, route, and secure copper and fiber optic cables in a variety of environments

  • Assist in terminating cables, installing patch panels, and labeling network connections

  • Learn to read blueprints, floor plans, and schematics to ensure accurate installations

  • Support team operations by handling tools, materials, and job site logistics

  • Gain hands-on experience with cable testing equipment and troubleshooting techniques

  • Ensure job site safety and cleanliness while adhering to company standards

What We're Looking For:

  • A strong work ethic and willingness to learn on the job

  • Ability to work in physically active environments—climbing ladders, lifting equipment, working in tight spaces

  • Basic knowledge of hand tools and the ability to follow instructions

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
