Tropical Smoothie Cafe - Cafe Manager

Tropical Smoothie Cafe is seeking a Cafe Manager to join our team. As the Cafe Manager, you will be responsible for supporting ownership in the overall leadership and supervision of the Shift Leaders and Crew Members. Your key objectives will be exceeding guest metrics, creating an amazing experience, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving profitability.

Responsibilities:

• Drive the culture in your unit
• Hire and retain the best people
• Keep the cafe clean
• Understand your revenue channels
• Take great care of your customers
• Control product, labor, and other costs
• Cause positive change

Requirements:

• Must have full and open availability, working 45-50 hours per week
• Must have the equivalent of Texas Manager's Food Safety Certificate
• Minimum of 1-year food service with team leader or managerial experience

Rewards:

• Starting compensation could exceed $40K annually with proper performance
• Base salary starts at $31K or $35K, depending upon number of weekly hours (45 or 50)
• Bonuses based on various metrics totaling up to $2000+ per year
• Bi-weekly tips adding an extra $2500-$5000 per year
