Job Description

Qualifications:

SHIPBOARD Employment type; Ability to speak English clearly, distinctly and cordially with guests.; 3-5 yrs background experience as Hotel Director/Hotel General Manager in a 4 or 5 * Hotel.; Guest services shipboard experience is an advantage.; Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Effectively manages overall ship operations and guest experience.; Achieves the highest levels of guest satisfaction under all circumstances, through effective responsiveness, follow through and the team’s ability to resolve issues.; Ensures all inventory levels are appropriate per targets and operational requirements.; Responsible for overall hotel department financial performance (expenses/revenue). ·; Actively displays a business ownership mentality when developing tactical plans to achieve financial targets. ·; Works from an entrepreneurial perspective to develop and implement new ideas for revenue and to improve operational efficiencies.;

This is an exciting role for those interested in working on a cruise ship.
