Pay Rate: $12 - $16/hr; (Negotiable based on experience)

Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team on a PRN (as-needed) basis. In this role, you will provide essential care and support to patients, ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being. Ideal candidates will have a passion for helping others and a strong work ethic.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
• Take and record vital signs (temperature, pulse, respiration, blood pressure).
• Assist with mobility, including turning, repositioning, and transferring residents.
• Report any changes in resident condition or behavior to the nursing staff.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information.
• Follow all facility policies and procedures, including infection control and safety protocols.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Current CNA certification in the state of New Jersey.
• CPR/BLS certification
• Minimum 6 months of CNA experience
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
