PSALM SERVICES LLC is in need of CLEANERS (Residential & Business) for day time hours:

FULL-TIME:

• Seeking help for a mix of Residential home cleaning, and commercial accounts. All day time hours - Monday through Friday.
• Starting pay: $20+ hour for cleaning time with additional bonus options + trip charges
• Can pay as W2 or 1099. I do not pay in cash. Paid weekly on Fridays
• Pending Benefit Options including Health Insurance options, legal services, bonuses, advancement programs.
• No cleaner ever works alone. Always in teams of two or greater.
• You will drive inside a company vehicle to all jobs with a team member.
• We supply all tools and supplies
• Experience NOT necessary, but preferred. We will train if truly committed. You MUST be detail oriented and able to follow detailed instructions.
• English preferred, but NOT necessary. Classes available for non English speaking.
• Must be willing to commit availability to schedule. This is NOT flex time!

A Typical day:

• 8 hour day that would be normal business hours (no weekends)
• Between 2 - 4 jobs (homes or businesses) cleaned by cleaning crew (2 – 3 Cleaners, never alone).
• Kitchens, Bathrooms, vacuuming, mopping, surface cleaning, Etc.

Candidate Requirements:

• Cleaning; Janitorial experience helpful, but not required
• Transportation - REQUIREMENT to have transportation to and from Berea (Cuyahoga County) area on a daily basis.
