We’re hiring an enthusiastic Entry-Level Communications Assistant to support the planning and execution of branded events that drive community involvement and boost visibility for our clients. What You'll Do

• Promote Events Locally : Help spread the word through flyers, posters, and community outreach to increase foot traffic and visibility.

• Engage On-Site : Greet attendees, spark conversations, and introduce them to our clients’ brand or mission at live events.

• Drive Community Involvement : Interact with the public, build relationships, and generate buzz and excitement around promotions.

• Represent Brand Messaging : Communicate core brand values clearly and consistently during events.

• Distribute Promotional Materials : Hand out brochures, giveaways, and branded items to increase awareness and engagement.

• Event Setup amp; Breakdown : Assist with the physical setup and post-event cleanup to keep everything running smoothly.

• Act as Brand Liaison : Be the face of the client, answering questions, offering support, and ensuring a positive attendee experience.

• Gather Insights : Collect feedback and observations to help measure event success and improve future campaigns.
