Job Description
We are seeking a Communications Coordinator to join our Chicago-based team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in developing, coordinating, and implementing communication strategies that align with our company’s goals. You will support both internal and external communications, ensuring consistency in messaging and tone across all platforms and materials. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate with a creative team in a professional, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Coordinate and execute communication initiatives to support company objectives.
Draft, edit, and proofread internal memos, press releases, and company announcements.
Assist in organizing corporate events and public engagements.
Maintain brand consistency across all written and visual communications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align communication efforts with broader marketing and business goals.
Monitor communication effectiveness and suggest improvements where necessary.
Support crisis communication planning and implementation.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in corporate or agency communications.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Professional demeanor and collaborative attitude.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with modern communication tools.
