Job Summary:

We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Travel Concierge to manage corporate travel logistics while optimizing costs and streamlining processes. This role ensures seamless travel experiences for employees while negotiating vendor contracts, implementing efficiency-driven solutions, and maintaining compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Travel Coordination: Arrange flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and itineraries for employees, ensuring cost-effective and efficient travel plans.
  • Vendor Management: Negotiate contracts with airlines, hotels, and transportation providers to secure the best rates and corporate discounts.
  • Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies in travel workflows and implement automation or policy improvements to reduce costs and enhance productivity.
  • Expense Management: Monitor travel budgets, track expenditures, and provide cost-saving recommendations to leadership.
  • Compliance & Policy Adherence: Ensure all travel aligns with company policies, industry regulations, and sustainability initiatives.
  • Employee Support: Provide concierge-level assistance, including last-minute travel changes, visa processing, and emergency support.
  • Technology Utilization: Leverage travel management software and data analytics to improve booking efficiency and reporting accuracy.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with HR, finance, and operations teams to align travel strategies with business objectives.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Proven experience in corporate travel management, hospitality, or concierge services.
  • Strong negotiation skills with vendors and service providers.
  • Expertise in travel management software and expense tracking tools.
  • Ability to analyze travel data and implement cost-saving strategies.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of global travel regulations and compliance standards.
