Customer Service Representative

Full Time onsite in Rancho Bernardo

Mon - Fri 7:30am - 4:30pm

$22/hr

Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a dedicated and friendly Customer Service Specialist to support existing customers with product questions. This role is essential for maintaining excellent customer satisfaction and providing support for product-related inquiries and issues.

• Support customers with product-related questions and issues.
• Answer incoming calls and emails from existing customers.
• Perform data entry of interactions with customers to maintain accurate records.
• Report any consistent product issues and feedback to the relevant departments.
• Reach out to customers to provide support on various features and ensure they have a positive experience.
• Use chat and instant messaging tools to assist customers when needed.

• Education requirement is a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Customer Service experience
• 1+ year over the phone CSR experience
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Intermediate technical skills, ability to navigate a CRM program
