Blue Print Out is currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Dallas, TX. This role is responsible for assisting customers with their inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a smooth and positive experience throughout their engagement with our services.

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and internal ticketing systems

  • Provide accurate product and service information to clients

  • Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner

  • Document all customer interactions and update records accordingly

  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, production, design) to resolve customer concerns

  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback

  • Maintain knowledge of company products, services, and processes

Qualifications



Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred

  • 1+ year of experience in customer service or support roles

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and customer service software

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
