We are looking for dedicated Destination Wedding & Honeymoon Consultants to help couples plan once-in-a-lifetime celebrations and romantic getaways. From beachfront ceremonies to luxury honeymoon packages, you will work with clients to curate unforgettable experiences.
This role is perfect for someone passionate about romance travel and who enjoys bringing client visions to life. You’ll work remotely, with flexible hours, and have access to training and supplier resources.
Responsibilities:
Consult with couples to understand their wedding or honeymoon vision
Recommend destinations, resorts, and packages tailored to their needs
Coordinate travel logistics including flights, transfers, and accommodations
Handle group travel arrangements for wedding guests
Stay updated on destination wedding trends and resort offerings
Provide support before, during, and after travel
Negotiate group rates and perks with suppliers
Qualifications:
Must reside in USA, UK, Latin America, Australia, or Mexico
Strong organizational and communication skills
Passion for weddings, honeymoons, and event coordination
Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines
Previous travel, event planning, or hospitality experience is helpful
