Job Description

Responsibilities

• Drive safety initiatives by collaborating across teams to develop preventive measures and protect associates
• Ensure regulatory compliance through implementation of safety procedures, audits, and continuous improvement strategies
• Lead training and coaching efforts to support plants in corrective actions, problem-solving, and effective communication of safety policies
• Investigate incidents to identify root causes and ensure timely resolution and accountability
• Champion a proactive safety culture while managing technical challenges and supporting cross-functional projects

Qualifications

• Holds a Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety and Health or a closely related discipline
• Brings 5–7 years of professional experience in a safety-focused role
• ASP or CSP certification is a plus

Salary: $100k to $125k
