Our client is a successful manufacturer who has continued to grow and expand their central Ohio footprint. They are currently searching for a talented Electronics Engineer.  This is a full-time/direct hire opening.  They were founded in the early 1900’s and have grown to be the industry leader for products that help people every day.

The current opening is for an Electronics Engineer. Main duties include:
  • Collaborate with design, manufacturing, and quality teams to ensure transfer of new products from development to production
  • Diagnose and resolve electronic hardware and circuit issues
  • Support root-cause analysis and corrective actions for reliability issues and manufacturing challenges
  • Debug and validate embedded system functionality
  • Develop assembly and test processes, work instructions, tooling support
  • Assist with pilot builds, design reviews, and manufacturability assessments
Qualifications include:
  • B.S. degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering
  • Prior work experience within the medical device industry is preferred, but not required
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements such as ISO 13485, IEC 60601, etc.
  • Minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience
  • Experience with PCBA design, design for manufacturability, and test development
  • Exposure to embedded firmware development, debugging, or integration with hardware
  • Experience with Altium or other PCB design software
  • Strong analytical problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Excellent leadership ability, oversee the work of others
