As we continue our impressive growth trend, we are seeking a full-time Email & SMS Marketing Specialist to join our team.

Job Summary:

The Email & SMS Marketing Specialist will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing email and SMS marketing campaigns that engage our audience and drive results. This role requires a high level of creativity, attention to detail, and experience in Graphic Design utilizing Adobe Creative Cloud applications.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and execute email and SMS marketing campaigns, including but not limited to newsletters, promotional emails, and automated email sequences.

· Collaborate with the marketing team to align email and SMS campaigns with overall marketing strategies and goals.

· Create compelling and engaging content that resonates with our target audience.

· Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize future campaigns.

· Ensure all email communications are on-brand, consistent in style, quality, and tone of voice.

· Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in email marketing.

Qualifications:

· Proven experience as an Email Campaign Creator, Email Marketing Specialist, or similar role.

· Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.

· Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and other relevant applications).

· Strong understanding of email marketing principles and best practices.

· Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact, HubSpot).

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance in email campaigns, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

· Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign performance data.

· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Physical Requirements:

· Ability to stand, sit and/or walk for prolonged periods of time

· Must be able to distinguish between colors

Schedule:

Our Email Campaign Creator will work in office Monday-Friday 8am-4pm.
