Position: Entry Level Communications Assistant

Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Entry Level Communications Assistant to join our expanding team. Key Responsibilities
Assist in drafting and editing communication materials including press releases, newsletters, and social media posts.
Support the planning and execution of events, meetings, and presentations.
Conduct research on industry trends and audience preferences to inform communication strategies.
Help maintain and update the company’s website and social media channels.
Monitor media coverage and compile reports on communication effectiveness.
Collaborate with different departments to ensure consistent messaging across platforms.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with social media platforms and digital communication tools.
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and collaborate effectively.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
