Primary Responsibilities
Engage with clients to learn about their travel expectations and preferences
Create personalized itineraries that are both practical and inspiring
Coordinate travel arrangements including transportation, accommodations, and excursions
Conduct destination research and stay informed on seasonal travel trends and requirements
Ensure exceptional client communication and timely responses
Maintain accurate records of travel plans, bookings, and communications
