Epoxy Helper – Entry-Level Flooring 

Location: Jack Laurie Group – 7998 Georgetown Rd, Indianapolis, IN

Pay: $17 – $19 per hour (based on skill and reliability)

Jack Laurie Group is hiring an Epoxy Helper to support our Specialty Surfaces Division in Indianapolis. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone who wants to break into the construction trades and learn a highly valued skillset in epoxy flooring and surface systems.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist experienced installers with mixing, spreading, and applying epoxy coatings
  

• Help prepare job sites by moving materials, cleaning surfaces, and masking work areas
  

• Operate or assist with equipment such as grinders, vacuums, and other surface prep tools
  

• Clean up job sites and tools at the end of each day
  

• Follow safety procedures and learn industry best practices on the job
  

What We’re Looking For:

• No prior experience required—we will train the right person
  

• Must have a valid driver’s license
  

• Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
  

• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting 50+ lbs, kneeling, standing, and working on your feet for extended periods
  

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  

• Dependable and punctual, with reliable transportation
