Job Role: Sr NodeJS Developer with Dialogflow exp

Location: Irving, TX

Duration: Long Term Contract

Visa: USC only

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Node.js Developer with hands-on experience in Dialogflow to design, develop, and maintain conversational AI applications. The ideal candidate should have strong backend development skills and expertise in integrating Dialogflow (ES/CX) with Node.js applications to build chatbots, voice assistants, and other NLP-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain Node.js backend services for conversational AI applications.
• Design and implement Dialogflow agents (ES/CX) for chatbots, voice assistants, and customer support automation.
• Integrate Dialogflow with Node.js APIs and external services (e.g., databases, CRM, third-party APIs).
• Implement webhook fulfillment in Node.js to process Dialogflow intents and responses dynamically.
• Optimize Natural Language Processing (NLP) models and improve intent recognition accuracy.
• Work with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services related to Dialogflow (e.g., Cloud Functions, Firebase).
• Collaborate with frontend developers to ensure seamless integration with web/mobile apps.
• Debug and troubleshoot issues in Dialogflow-NLP pipelines and backend services.
• Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code following best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in Node.js development.
• Hands-on experience with Dialogflow (ES or CX) for building chatbots/voice assistants.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript , Express.js , and RESTful APIs.
• Experience with webhook fulfillment and Dialogflow API integrations .
• Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services (Cloud Functions, Firebase, etc.).
• Understanding of NLP concepts (intents, entities, contexts, session management).
• Experience with databases ( Firestore, MongoDB, PostgreSQL ).
• Knowledge of authentication methods (OAuth, JWT) and API security.
• Familiarity with version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.

Preferred Skills (Bonus):

• Experience with AWS Lex, Rasa, or other NLP platforms .
• Knowledge of socket.io for real-time chatbot interactions.
• Familiarity with Docker and containerized deployments.
• Experience in serverless architectures (AWS Lambda, GCP Cloud Functions).

Education & Certifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering , or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Google Dialogflow Certification (preferred but not mandatory).
