We're looking for a world-class Executive Recruiter to lead and build executive hiring across the Americas. The ideal candidate has a unique background:
✔️ Trained at one of the top global executive search firms
✔️ Built or scaled an in-house executive search function
✔️ Fluent in English and Spanish
✔️ Experienced hiring leaders across the Americas (USA and LATAM).
This is a high-impact, strategic role where you’ll partner with senior executives to shape our leadership pipeline and drive critical hiring across the region.
What you’ll do:
🔹 Lead full-cycle executive searches (VP and C-level)
🔹 Partner with C-suite and Talent leadership on hiring strategy
🔹 Build diverse, high-performing leadership pipelines
🔹 Bring deep market intelligence and insight across the Americas
🔹 Help scale an in-house search function with global standards
What we’re looking for:
🔸 10+ years in executive search (firm + corporate experience)
🔸 Experience in multinational, fast-paced environments
🔸 Strong cross-cultural awareness, especially in LATAM
🔸 Bilingual English/Spanish (Portuguese is a plus!)
