We are seeking a Forklift Operator to join our team.

Job summary:

The Forklift Driver position is responsible for moving materials from inventory to production and back to inventory. The Forklift Driver reports to the Logistics Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Provides production departments with material from inventory according to the production schedule.

• Moves material in process from one station to another (if necessary).

• Bands, wraps, and/or packs finished goods and label material.

• Moves finished goods from the production area to the finished goods inventory (yard or warehouse).

• Assist in other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Experience:

• High school diploma/GED preferred but not required.

• No minimum experience is required; however, construction forklift driving experience is preferred.

• Working knowledge of basic math and inventory techniques.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Physical Requirements:

• Bending, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, climbing, pushing/pulling, twisting, standing, and walking.

• The ability to lift/carry over 50 lbs. repeatedly.
