Responsibilities will start out overseeing their reception area by greeting clients and visitors warmly and professionally answer, screen, and direct incoming calls, manage appointment calendars for partners, handle general administrative tasks such as data entry, scanning, and document preparation and order office supplies when needed. They have created a very positive environment where associates are appreciated and rewarded. The qualified candidate will need strong organizational and communication skills and experience with both Word and Excel.
