Debe Salon in San Mateo, CA is seeking a talented and experienced Hairstylist to join our team!

About the Position

We're looking for a passionate hairstylist with a minimum of 3 years of professional salon experience to provide top-notch services to our valued clients.

Key Responsibilities
-Perform a wide range of hair services including cutting, coloring, and styling
-Stay up-to-date with the latest hair trends and techniques
-Provide excellent customer service and build strong client relationships
-Provide excellent communication skills
-Maintain a clean and organized workstation
-Collaborate with other stylists and salon staff

Required Qualifications and Skills
-Minimum 3 years of professional salon experience
-Valid cosmetology license
-Proficiency in current cutting, coloring, and styling techniques
-Strong customer service and communication skills
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team
-Reliability and punctuality

Preferred Qualifications
-Additional certifications or specialized training in advanced hair techniques

Specialized Skills (Highly Desired)
-Experience with balayage and other advanced coloring techniques
-Knowledge of hair care products and ability to recommend appropriate products to clients
-Proficiency in various hair textures and ethnic hair styling

Location
This is an on-site position at our salon in San Mateo, CA.
