  CURRENT OPPORTUNITY:            HOT SIDE TECHNICAN

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Troubleshooting and Repair: Diagnose and fix issues with various hot-side equipment, including ovens, fryers, grills, etc. 
• Preventive Maintenance: Perform routine inspections and maintenance to ensure equipment longevity and optimal performance. 
• Installation: Install new hot-side equipment in commercial kitchens. 
• Customer Interaction: Communicate effectively with customers, providing technical support and explaining repairs. 
• Service Calls: Respond to emergency service calls promptly and efficiently. 
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of work performed, including parts used and labor time. 
• Safety: Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures when working with commercial kitchen equipment.

• Technical skills in diagnosing and repairing commercial cooking equipment.
• Experience in working with gas, electric, and/or direct steam-fired equipment.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively.
• Physical ability to lift and carry materials, as well as climb stairs or work in confined spaces.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
