Creating a Sanctuary: Be responsible for meticulous preparation of vacant rooms, ensuring new residents enter a pristine and welcoming space ready to become their new home. * You will be our champion for strictly adhering to sanitation protocols to protect our vulnerable residents from germs and illness.

• You will keep the heart of our community bright and welcoming by cleaning and polishing common areas, hallways, and public restrooms, ensuring a consistently pleasant atmosphere. Ensure that our home feels clean, smells clean, and is clean.

Engage with our wonderful residents. Simple acts like a warm smile, a gentle touch, or a brief moment of connection are incredibly powerful. * Gently redirect a resident who seems lost, offer a kind word, or patiently listen to a story, even if it's the same one you heard yesterday. Your quiet, caring presence contributes directly to their emotional safety and happiness. * Your intimate knowledge of a resident's living space makes you a critical observer.
