Reports to:   HR Generalist

Location:   Remote (Must be eligible to work in the U.S.)

Salary:  $20-$23 per hour (depending on experience)

What You’ll Learn & Do

We are building the next generation of HR leaders. You will get hands-on experience in:

✔  Recruitment & Talent Management.   Posting jobs, screening candidates, and conducting interviews.

✔  Employment Law & Compliance.   Keeping up with HR regulations and best practices.

✔  HR Operations & Employee Relations.   Supporting clients with HR documents, policies, and best practices.

✔  Payroll & Benefits Administration.   Assisting in payroll processes and managing benefits.

✔  HR Systems & Technology.   Using Zoho CRM, HRIS, and other tools to support HR functions.

✔  Professional Development.   Regular mentorship, training sessions, and live client interactions.

Requirements

Requirements   

  • 6 months of HR experience

  • Bachelors degree in HR or related field.

  • General understanding of HR concepts (handbooks, job descriptions, compliance, etc.).

  • Strong proficiency in PowerPoint, Outlook, and Office 365.

  • Comfortable on Zoom (video on) and interacting with clients.

  • Authorized to work in the U.S.

Preferred Experience   

  • 6 month -1 year of HR experience

  • HR or startup experience

  • Familiarity with Zoho CRM or HRIS platforms

  • Comfort with AI tools like ChatGPT
