Work you'll do We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead our team in the upgrade of IBM Maximo MAS for our clients. The Project Manager will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of the IBM Maximo MAS Upgrade project, ensuring adherence to timelines, budget, and quality standards. They will collaborate with clients to understand requirements, manage project scope, resources, and risks, utilizing PMP and Agile methodologies. Providing leadership to a consultant team, fostering client relationships, and conducting regular project status meetings are also key responsibilities. Qualifications Required: - Experience managing IBM Maximo projects, with a deep understanding of Maximo functionalities, configurations, and best practices.
- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies
- Previous experience as a Senior or Principal Consultant, demonstrating a track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget, is highly desirable
- Experience developing, configuring, and customizing IBM Maximo using Java and Maximo's propriety tools.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience with IBM Maximo, including development and customization.
- Strong knowledge of Java and other relevant programming languages.
- Strong presentation skills, excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, and strong leadership qualities are essential for this role.
- Bachelor's degree required
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Ability to travel 25-50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
Preferred: - Certification in Project Management (PMP) is preferred
- Experience with other IBM products, such as Tivoli or TRIRIGA.
- Certifications in IBM Maximo or related software.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
