We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for a contract assignment at a skilled nursing facility in Montour Falls, NY. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, assisting with medical procedures, and supporting the overall well-being of residents.
Key Responsibilities:• Provide direct nursing care to residents under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or physician
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor and document vital signs, symptoms, and patient progress
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver resident-centered care
• Assist residents with daily living activities
• Ensure infection control and safety protocols are strictly followed
• Accurately maintain medical records and documentation
• Respond promptly to emergencies or changes in resident conditions
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare staff
• Participate in shift reports and care planning meetings
Required:
Active LPN License in New York State
BLS Certification (AHA)
