Seacrest Services, Inc. is seeking an experienced and reliable Maintenance Supervisor to oversee daily maintenance operations for condominium and homeowner association properties. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, hands-on experience in building systems, and the ability to communicate effectively in English with vendors, residents, and management.
Supervise and coordinate the work of maintenance staff and contractors.
Manage daily work orders, preventive maintenance schedules, and property inspections.
Ensure all building systems, equipment, and common areas are properly maintained.
Meet with vendors, obtain quotes, and oversee project work to ensure quality and compliance with HOA/condo standards.
Maintain accurate records of repairs, supplies, and reports to management.
Respond promptly to maintenance emergencies and ensure timely resolution.
Support the Property Manager in maintaining the physical integrity of the community.
Ensure all safety and compliance procedures are followed.
Minimum 3–5 years of maintenance or facilities supervision experience , preferably in condominium or property management environments .
Strong knowledge of building systems
Ability to communicate clearly in English (both written and verbal).
Strong leadership and organizational skills with attention to detail.
Must be able to work on-site ; this position is not remote .
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
