The Role

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead the repair, maintenance, and continuous improvement of CNC machines within a fast-paced manufacturing operation. This hands-on leadership role is responsible for ensuring optimal machine performance, minimizing downtime, and overseeing a team of maintenance technicians.

The ideal candidate will bring extensive technical expertise in CNC systems, a proactive approach to preventative maintenance, and a commitment to safety and operational efficiency. This position plays a critical role in supporting production targets and maintaining the integrity of our manufacturing equipment and facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and mentor a team of maintenance technicians in troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining CNC machines and related equipment.
• Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules to maximize equipment uptime and extend machinery lifespan.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and control issues on a wide range of CNC machines (e.g., mills, lathes, routers).
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs, parts inventory, and work order documentation.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to support process improvements and equipment upgrades.
• Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with external vendors and service providers as needed.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of maintenance experience with CNC machinery in a manufacturing setting.
• 2+ years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Proficiency in reading technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
• Experience with PLC troubleshooting and CNC control systems (e.g., Fanuc, Siemens, Mitsubishi) is highly preferred.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
