Marketing Coordinator

Electra Sales is looking for a proactive and organized B2B Marketing Coordinator to join our team. If you thrive on executing content, coordinating marketing activities, and keeping campaigns on track, this role is for you!

We’re a 100% employee-owned rep agency in the electrical industry, and we’re proud of our 48-year history and modern marketing approach. This role reports to the Vice President of Marketing and is key to ensuring our marketing efforts run smoothly and effectively.

What You’ll Do

  • Coordinate and manage marketing campaigns across email, social media, and web platforms
  • Assist in crafting and scheduling content for social media using Zoho Social
  • Support email campaign execution and performance tracking in Zoho Campaigns
  • Maintain and organize marketing assets, CRM data, and content libraries
  • Assist with planning and logistics for customer events and promotions
  • Ensure consistency in messaging and brand standards across all marketing materials

What We’re Looking For

  • 2–4 years of experience in B2B marketing coordination or a similar role
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience with social media management tools and email platforms (Zoho experience is a plus)
  • Excellent communication and proofreading skills
  • Working familiarity with basic design principles and Adobe Creative Suite tools is a very strong plus
  • Must be a team player who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
