Position Summary:

The Practice Administrator will oversee the daily operations of our medical practices, ensuring the highest quality of care for our patients while optimizing efficiency and compliance with industry regulations. This role is responsible for managing administrative and clinical staff, streamlining workflows, overseeing financials, and implementing policies that align with our goals for patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily administrative and clinical operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
  • Lead, motivate, and manage a team of healthcare and administrative professionals.
  • Monitor and maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and practice standards.
  • Manage budgets, financial reporting, billing processes, and expense control.
  • Implement policies and procedures to enhance patient care and improve operational efficiency.
  • Coordinate with providers and staff to maintain high patient satisfaction and service quality.
  • Analyze and streamline practice processes to support growth and resource optimization.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • Minimum of 5 years of management experience in a medical practice or healthcare setting.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, including HIPAA and OSHA.
  • Demonstrated expertise in practice operations, financial management, and staff leadership.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Proficiency in healthcare management software and EMR systems.
