Lahey Hospital & Medical Center is excited to offer a paid Nursing Assistant Trainee Program designed to prepare motivated individuals for a full-time or part-time role as a Nursing Assistant (NA) in one of our hospital departments. Upon successful completion of the program, candidates will be matched to open Nursing Assistant positions across our hospital units based on availability, shift preference, and candidate interest. These roles may be full-time or part-time. Under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, you'll assist with activities of daily living, vital signs, mobility, nutrition, safety rounding, and more.
