Job Description

Summary ~ The Machine Operator will run paper converting equipment used on the production floor. This role is essential to maintaining safe, efficient, and high-quality output in a manufacturing environment. Operators must be available for 12-hour rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays. Key Responsibilities: Operate and maintain production machines (rewinders, wrappers, palletizers, etc.). Load raw materials using cranes or pallet jacks. Monitor equipment, troubleshoot issues, and perform resets. Track production data and perform quality checks. Keep work areas clean and follow all safety procedures. Skills/Qualifications: ~ High school diploma or equivalent. ~3–5 years of machine operation experience (manufacturing preferred). ~ Mechanically inclined with strong attention to detail. Physical Requirements: Capable of lifting, standing, sitting, and walking for extended periods. Must be able to lift and move items up to 30 lbs. Tasks may involve bending, kneeling, crawling, reaching, and repetitive movements. Comfortable working in environments with varying temperatures.
